- We deliver across India and to select international locations.
- Delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your location.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Within India: 3–7 working days (depending on location).
- International Orders: 7–21 working days (depending on country and customs).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight.
- Free shipping offers (if any) will be mentioned on our website during promotions.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
- For lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier for resolution.
