At Spices Land Idukki, we strive to deliver the best quality spices to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we follow strict guidelines for returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • You have received the wrong product.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products opened or used after delivery.
  • Change of mind or dislike of taste/appearance.

2. Time Frame for Claims

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The customers can return the product within 5-7 working days
  • Claims after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Process for Returns

  1. Contact us at sales@spiceslandidukki.com or call +91 95397 13523 with your order details and proof (photo/video) of the damage/wrong product.
  2. Our team will verify the issue.
  3. If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

4. Refund Method

  • The refund will be credited to customers account within 7-10 working days through original payment method
  • In the case of replacements, we will ship the replacement product at no extra cost.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the buyer must bear the shipping costs.
